The initial premise of this work was the moment of the first step.

Is the first note correct? Is the first story true? Is the first improvisation fair?

Doubts that disappear immediately because the songs emancipate themselves. They grow quickly and escape our control. A control that never exists.

This work was written in two weeks at the beginning of the pandemic, at a time when the world stopped and I walked. It is the result of my partnership with five majestic musicians who

who shared my vision and who shone it with their light. It is the result of late nights, stages, conversations, a life steeped in music.
